Finding your way through change
The world feels like it’s shifting every day—natural disasters, conflicts, financial pressures, and the stress of daily life. Some people move with change, while others feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed. If you’ve been feeling weighed down, you are not alone.
You already carry the answers
I believe each person has deep resourcefulness within them. Often, the difficulty isn’t finding answers—it’s discovering the right questions, or learning how to connect the two. When life feels heavy, it’s easy to lose that clarity.
Healing as an art
Imagine your favorite cup breaks. The natural response is to wish it back the way it was, or to feel sadness letting it go. But what if that cup could be transformed into something even more beautiful?
In Japan, the art of kintsugi repairs pottery with lacquer and gold, turning cracks into shining lines. The piece doesn’t return to what it was—it becomes stronger, one of a kind, and more valuable because of its history.
I carry this spirit into my therapy work. Together, we don’t erase the breaks—we transform them into something meaningful, resilient, and uniquely yours.
